Second time this has happened,radio freezes up,then nothing on the infotainment works at all.Then the whole system goes black and reboots to the start up "Alfa Romeo" screen.Radio comes back up but still does not work for another few minutes.Then seems to work again.
Ihave a 2018 Stelvio Ti. Over the (cold Ohio) winter the Auto Start / Stop ceased working. It was time for service anyway, so I took it to the dealer (Crown Alfa in Dublin Ohio). They also tested the battery and indeed confirmed it needed replaced. A Mopar battery went in. I picked it up and took it home and it was fine.
PS. Another Alfa Romeo dealership 50 miles away round trip in Brandon Florida is willing to reset the computer for free (a 5-10 minute job) so it looks like they will be getting my future business.
