Many of the levels are reminiscent of classic Spyro levels, and the exploration is still there. The 2nd and 3rd games brings back the Sparx levels, and Sheila, Agent 9, and Sgt. Bird return. The first GBA game even has Mode 7 speedway challenges. I recommend checking the GBA games out. Play Spyro on-the-go! The original roast master is back, and he’s on-the-go! Same sick burns, same smoldering attitude, now all scaled up in stunning HD. Sp I loved Spyro as a kid, but honestly $30 is too much right now. It's a very repetitive game and I got bored after beating the first game. Get it if it's on sale for $15, but otherwise not worth the investment in the new graphics with a boring storyline.

The last Spyro game released in years back in 2008 (I don't count the Skylanders series) was The Legend of Spyro Dawn of the Dragon which also got a PS2 version, which is actually kind of depressing looking back. There are a fair few mods out there that replace the voices, but IIRC one of the biggest problems impeding efforts is that the delivery of certain lines between the OG and Reignited versions are at different speeds - which in turn can mess with the lipsync. Futhermore, there are cutscenes that are prerendered MP4s rather than being ingame, so Spyro Reignited Trilogy, a three-part collection of remasters of popular games about the titular dragon, has achieved an impressive sales record, surpassing 10 million copies sold since its debut. Overall the Reignited Trilogy was a very enjoyable experience, a solid 8/10, however there are quite a few things which I think are way worse than in the Original. Many boss fights are heavily downgraded, mostly in Spyro 3. Buzz wen't from menacing scary toad to goofy looking green chicken. His animation are stiff and he lackshis former bounciness.

Tbh all the people I've seen defend Spyro Reignited still accepted that it has flaws and was rushed, I've yet to see anyone claim it's perfect.
